Had insurance with Allstate since 1995 with this agent, Kent Georgel, he was and is very reliable and trustworthy. He goes above and beyond to keep his customers satisfied. He can't control rates or certain other things but he will go above and beyond to try to keep his customers satisfied.

We've had Allstate and Kent Georgel's agency since 1997. We've had a couple claims and always been taken care of. They keep us informed and always willing to look over and do reviews to make sure we're covered and keeping our costs down.

Won't cover you unless you have had auto insurance for 12 months. Was told most insurances do this, but oddly, it has not been an issue with any other auto insurance.
