Normally not one to leave reviews, but this one got to me. Went in on my lunch and must’ve gone in at a bad time or something. I ordered my usually order and received the wrong sub. No biggie right? Well, a stern shorter woman got quite snippy with me. Didn’t catch a name, told me I should order “correctly” next time. I had asked for a #11 combo. How did I order wrong..? Very rude lady, to the customers and her employees.
Always love my sandwich when I get it here.
always get a #14 with no tomato no mayo with a side of kicking ranch you should try it there kicking ranch is the reason jimmy johns is my favorite sub place
Only one of the 4 workers was wearing a mask correctly. 3 of them had their masks pulled down below their noses. There was a sign posted on the door saying max capacity 10 people, but it is not being enforced at all. There were 20 people in there at once. Do not recommend if you are in any way concerned about COVID-19.
