The automatic arm that let's you go through came down on my truck as I was passing through. This is the first time it's happened to me. Expecting a call about compensation. Otherwise I have had good experiences with Tommy's.
I love it, accept for the scratches on my car after today's visit. Filed a claim, waiting for a response now. :edit They won't do anything about it. Which leads to a whole ordeal. The car I brought through was a 2019 and was just purchased. They don't care at all.
Much better than when they first started out. I actually bought a monthly pass from them. Surely have stepped there game up!!!
I have the unlimited carwash package and I use the Hudonville, Jension and Grandville location frequently. The car wash is fine but the vacuums are always dirty and clogged from previous uses (large trash stuck in the hose). I went to the car wash twice this week and the vacuums were clogged at multiple stations each time I visited. Very frustrating!
Cleans your car very well. I am very happy with my membership but the mat cleaner doesn’t work for my Jeep floor mats
