Very helpful on phone. Only did what was needed. Works were extremely knowledgeable. They continued to let me know things while working. Answered all questions. Friendly manners. Covid protected themselves and us. Did great clean-up afterward.

Terrible company still missing things from a tragic house fire saddened I ever got recommended this company yeah (update to owners answer )I did post last year state the obvious however I had to tell edit could not add on to it because you cannot post twice so I figured I would add in update after a horrible death and time to organize what you brought me backnI noticed a lot isnMissing considering my first review was about how you used your employees and lawyer tonTry to get my family legally. Charged for freedom of speech speaking out against your terrible practices disorganization rudeness and bullying tactics the first review your company implemented during our tradgey if all I can help isnOne person notnGet bad treatmentnany new updates on what all is missing you made profit off my family’s loss In my opinion i have no plan on calling you these reviews are meant to inform other possible future clients of who your company was to me you serviced are house I got the paperwork your allowed to use whatever name you want on here and this is not social media this is google reviews I want people to know I felt hurt betrayed and a year later still getting burned yeah you have had zero compassion for are family’s tradgey don’t even pretend too I don’t even care what you think how I felt what they may be in for when sighing your check like not receiving there items of there dead relatives who died in the fire truely despicable btw you sound so much nicer on your responses then you do in person have a nice day truely hate making bad reviews but I’m in disgust I seen every item took pictures before you came in got mabey half back if that! the bill didn’t suit what you did hate your critics all you want not everyone will be happy with your business I have a right to my opinion as do you however it is justnMy opinion of how circumstances went down I’m a family friend who lived in the house at the time of the fire renting actually so I want people to take what all is said here is My own Opinion of how I felt I was wronged and why I felt I was wronged all opinions our of my own

If it was possible to rate this company more than five, we would do that! Josh, and his crew, were the epitome of professional, efficient and customer oriented. When an event occurs that requires the service of water restoration it makes one extremely nervous about having someone come in to care for the water, insulation and the cleanup of their home. Everything that this company accomplished was at the highest performance level. Our family will be forever thankful for this post flood service. Highly recommend.

After the recent flooding in Sanford as a result of the dam failures, SERVPRO of Gaylord & Cheboygan went above and beyond to help out the Sanford community during times of uncertainty. Their services were all performed professionally and efficiently. They helped out both local businesses and residential houses. Sanford appreciates what they did for our community.

Josh and crew were extremely responsive (during a pandemic!), professional, and personable in taking care of extensive water damage in our daughter's bedroom. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend Servpro of Gaylord and Cheboygan.
