Terrible, rude workers. They offer no support like helping tape a package at all. They don’t print labels. They’re basically worthless.
Excellent service; clean and organized.
I have a P.O. Box at this post office and I have had so many issues I've had to deal with. One clerk in particular is very rude. I have had my mail opened, my packages not ending up where they needed to be, packages arriving that the employees failed to send proper notifications of (honestly it's not that hard to put a yellow slip in a mailbox). Hands down the worst customer service/postal service I have ever dealt with.
I had the most pleasant, helpful, and fastest experience I have ever had at a post office at this location. The gentleman behind the counter was superb at customer service. The office is extremely neat and clean. I was moved to write this review after seeing the huge number of negative reviews and complaints recorded here, in the hope that a more accurate reflection of the location will be provided.
Called to find status of a delivery and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Been in the office a few times as well and it's always clean and well run.
