Jill, Amy and the rest of the wonderful staff are amazing and so inviting. A wonderful friendly gem of a bookstore in a northern Michigan town. Fun place to spend fifteen minutes or a couple of hours. Don't see what you're looking for? They'll order it for you. Don't know what to read next? They'll give you recommendations. Truly friendly staff in a locally owned bookstore - it's a serendipitous treasure not too far of the highway, and not too be missed.
I ordered a handful of books and they were shipped out very quickly as everything I wanted was in stock, which was a lovely surprise I wasn't expecting. A day or so afterward I got an email saying one of my books had somehow been left out of the order but they caught it and were sending it along on its own, no extra shipping charges. I'll be ordering from here again, the website was very easy to navigate and order from as well as the customer service being great.
