This has been one of the worst places to get food in Reed City. Note that I say Reed City. Whenever I went to get food there was always one thing wrong with the order and they had to gull to blame me for their mistake when I was very clear on what I wanted on a salad. I asked for no cheese and they put cheese on it and blamed me for saying I should have asked for what I wanted on it. Like what? I asked for everything but cheese on the salad. Other than that the Evart branch is really good never had a problem there and they load your pizza with toppings only problem is the pizza sauce is a bit bland but I get jalapenos on my pizza to fix that.
Pompeii's was absolutely fantastic, their service was incredibly quick and professional, they were super helpful with helping us find exactly what we all wanted to eat (all five in our party were absolutely nuts about the Pomazones, the Chicken Alfredo, the Bacon Cheeseburger, and the Philly Cheese Steak were phenomenal, and the kids had the Ham Ranchero and Chicken Parm Pomazones and they cannot stop asking when we are going back!) They keep a VERY clean restaurant, and they have staff that is frankly excellent.
I drive from Wisconsin to get food there grew up on it and always been amazing
Was in the middle of a 10 hour road trip to pick something up. Stopped off in Reed City to grab a bite to eat on the way back. Was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was awesome. Got the Pompeii special sandwich and some potatoes wedges. Extremely satisfying. Clean lobby, not a real long wait, huge portions, friendly staff. Will definitely stop by again if in the area!
My favorite has always been the Stromboli. They do get quite busy around dinner, so expect some delay when picking up your order.
