Just stopped on our way home. Fries were hot. Crispy chicken sandwich we both had were warm. Not crispy!! Not cooked to order!! Like rubber!!! Must of been sitting in a warmer a bit to long.
McDonald's is just like McDonald's
The staff here is super friendly and always willing to correct my order when it's made incorrectly. So glad they have an upbeat team to keep the place running! They always do everything with a smile and it brightens my day!
March 21st, 2021, 10:20pm....nApparently the employees at the Rose City, MI McDonald's think covid is a joke because none of them are wearing masks at all, others not wearing them properly and not on the whole time. They also must think that you can't see them talking over your food in the reflection on the windows before they bring your food to you and then they slip their mask over their mouth but not nose to make it sort of look like they mostly wear masks. Last we checked, the pandemic isn't over. What's so hard about wearing a mask and properly? There are YouTube videos on how to wear masks properly.nIf anyone should be taking the pandemic seriously, it should be the entire food industry!nMake your employees watch them so they're not spreaders!
I was impressed. We had no issues. We ordered right away, paid right away and got our food with hardly any wait! The food was hot and good.
