This vet clinic is the absolute best. Awhile ago I moved from Rochester to Waterford and my older dog gets very anxious on the car ride so I was looking for something closer to home. I took one of my pups in today as a new patient because she had some swelling in her mouth. I had such a bad experience when I had taken her to Banfield down the road that I was very skeptical about the vets in this area. I did some research and saw VCA had great reviews and decided to give them a try. I am pleasantly surprised at the treatment and care provided to my pup. The very first time I called the staff was so nice and caring. They answered all of my questions and went over everything with me. When I took my pup in today for her visit I was pleased again with how thorough the staff and vet was. They made sure I understood everything that was happening and answered all if my questions. There was no hurry and I felt so welcome. Words cannot describe how happy I am right now. My pups are my babies. Thank you so much VCA for a wonderful experience. I am so happy I gave you a chance. My pup even seemed at ease in the vet office! She is always very anxious but today she seemed so much more calm than I have ever seen her when going to the vet. Thank you again and keep up your hard work.

Today I put my best friend, my doggy soul mate to sleep. Hardest thing I have ever had to do. The staff was so caring, and extremely compassionate with my Moose.
