Xavier explained the function of whole house humidifiers so well that I felt very confident in Mulligan's service. Many technicians are knowledgeable but he is the first one I've ever seen in two decades who has the patience to explain the working to a customer and who has the talent to deliver the explanation in a great way. He belongs as an instructor in a skills trade school!

Hands down the best heating and cooling company I've used! From start to finish these guys were great. My furnace broke down late on a Friday night. I called the after hours number and received a call back in less than 5 minutes. I Facetimed with Xavier and he helped me get control of my problem. Then he was at my house at 8am the following morning. The problem was fairly complicated, but he diagnosed it right away, located the parts on a Saturday, did the repair and checked my entire system -- all before noon. Xavier was outstanding! These guys are pros. Pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

Xavier just came over and worked on our HVAC and spent time explaining the ins and outs of our system and humidifier. Last night we smelled some burning and automatically panicked, we narrowed it down to the HVAC and called mulligans (who we’ve used before). They were able to get out to our house by mid day, identified the problem, fixed it, and all for a reasonable price. We will absolutely use them again and I recommend you do as well. Xavier was fantastic !

Our AC unit went down on one of the hottest days of the year. They were very expedient and were able to fix the problem that same day. I felt their charges were reasonable. This was only a small job and it was the first time that we’ve use them regardless at this point I would feel very comfortable referring them to others.

I called Mulligan heating to fix our broken furnace. They came a day later and finished the job in 15 mins. Very professional, Xavier was prompt, didn’t try and sell me anything in the time he was here and explained what he was doing and also gave me a few tips on how to save electricity! I’d say great value service. Thank you.
