Constructive criticism....nThey need more workers Which is hard to find with covid, I get it.nBut its also not the employees problem Definitely upto management or owner.nI walk in on a Friday night to see only 2 people working obviously lookied stressed, 1 was also delivering pizza...nIt makes customers upset to wait, and makes employees stressed out, making mistakes and leaves no time for proper customer service.nAlso none of these issues of which I've ever encountered myself at this location.nBut when I went to leave a 5 star review to see quite a lot of negative reviews as well.nSometimes I feel badly for ordering from here when they are so short staffed in result not wanting to order again.nOther then that I personally had greatly timed food and service.nAlways do.nNo complaints otherwise.nthey Just always seem so short staffed.

Food has always been great, staff is friendly, timing has only been a problem during Covid19 lockdown. The littlest problem is the staff needs to slice the pizza better, they forgot my sauce cup (but other places do too), they are timid, probably due to their age, and rude people, which includes those who can’t spell on here.

My total was 28 dollars and I gave the delivery guy 40 dollars and asked for just 8 back and he only gave me 5 and I waited 1 hour 20 minutes for my pizza but atleast if was good

I have always had a great experience with this hungry howie's. My daughter can't eat pizza anywhere else because the sauce bothers her stomach & makes her sick so we always order it with light sauce & employee Michael always makes it absolutely perfect. He is a extremely hard worker and a great asset to the company. He definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding work and dedication to his job. I don't know if he is a manager or not but he is perfect management material. He speaks very kind to the other employees and I really hope that hungry howie's will show him appreciation for his above & beyond work ethics. Amazing employee and amazing experience every time
