Hungry Howie's Pizza

Let me start by saying I have been using this place for years and they used to be great.nnEvery Friday I have a pizza night with the kids and this location has been reliable with delivery and pickup for years.nnRecently they made the change to using food delivery app drivers instead of their drivers. Everything went downhill fast after that happened. There were two orders that showed up after an insanely long wait and the pizzas were cold and stale by the time we received them. I like to teach my kids to deal with things rather than complain so we just ate the pizza and I decided to take some time off from pizza night.nnToday I decided to go back to pizza night and sure enough it was a huge mistake. Ordered the pizza to be delivered. Got a text from a food delivery app saying the location was using them to deliver the pizza. After one hour and 15 minutes I decided to call and find out what was going on. The person who answered the phone just kept saying in a sarcastic tone “it’s on the road, sorry.”nnAfter an hour and twenty minutes I finally called the number that the food delivery app texted me. The guy said his gps was acting up and took him to an apartment on the other side of town instead of my house that is five minutes away from the pizza place. I told the guy to just not bother delivering it.nnI called the location and told them to just cancel the order and refund my card. I’m done with this place.

WORST Hungry Howies I’ve ever been to, will not be returning, ever. First off they totally messed our salad up by forgetting ham (the main ingredient) and we asked for no black olives yet they were on AND gave us the wrong dressing. The pizza barely looked edible, looked like it was reheated after a few days. Barely could taste the crust flavor, and there were hardly any toppings on there of the ones we got. Forgot to give me the bread sauce, had to go back for that. Go to the one in Highland... it’s worth your 5 minutes.

If you’re going to order from here make sure you’re not that hungry yet so you’re prepared for the wait. Also if you order pick up they won’t start making your food until you actually get there so don’t bother waiting for 20 minutes. Oh and they’ll just make up how long how much time is left.

GREAT LOCATION!! Order was fantastic. Highly recommend this location.
