Super disappointed... Not in the pizza, but the general customer service. I called 30 minutes to close and ordered two pizzas and a bread. The girl on the phone was rude, and said just so you know we close in 30 minutes. (My order was only going to take 15). So I politely asked I'm sorry is it too late to order? And she abruptly hung up on me. I went in to pick up my order in the girl that was answering the phone gave me the stare-down the entire time. I'm sorry but I worked in food for 14 years, if you close at 9 you take orders right up until you close. You should never make a customer feel bad for wanting to order their dinner. Hands down it was extremely distasteful.
Normally I'm a Big fan of Little Ceasars and I also love this location But today I am Not a Happy Customer ud83dude20 My Son tried to surprise Me with a Pretzel Pizza on his lunch hour (I was soo Excited that they brought it back), But He was told that because it was only noon to call back at 4pm when the hot and ready promo was on ud83eudd14 He told the guy he didn't mind that it wasn't already ready and that he'd wait. The guy got Very irritated and said they'd have to make it from scratch and it'd take like 25 minutes. My son said that was fine...The guy then said, call back at 4 ud83dude20 Total BS! I don't know if I'll Ever order food from here ever again ud83eudd14

I arrive at this excellent place often since I love the special air that is unique to this restaurant. The team is extremely welcoming and professional. The service is pretty quick. Not to mention, the food they prepare is outstanding. I ate there more than once and I was always satisfied. The rate is decent. I highly suggest this restaurant to all my friends.
Consistently good pizza and excellent breadsticks.
