Brad was so helpful, both on the phone and in person on Saturday. I called with my old paint ticket & he took his time trying to figure out what I had from 2014 and then in person to get something mixed up for me to match. Brad explained everything to me and allowed me to make the best decision for me and my application and then mixed up the paint. It was 5 gals and he was able to offer me a current special as well as an additional $10 discount which really helped. I was able to go home and paint that same hour and I'm totally loving the results. Thank you so much for your wonderful quick service!
UPDATE: went to the Murry location and the agent was much more helpful and would suggest saving the hassle and avoid this location and just go to the Murry location.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: The agent assisting was knowledgeable in bashing all competitors stating Sherwin-Williams was the superior. He further said he couldn’t get our paint to match even after physically bringing the old paint cans in. Don’t even get me started on the pricing. I could repaint my entire house for what they’re charging.
Loved this Sherwin-Williams store! It is full of design ideas; I could have stared at the color display for hours. I was so impressed with Brad, the store manager. He spent a lot of time helping me determine exactly which paint finish will work best for me and didn't try to "up sell" me on anything. I walked out of there feeling confident that I had the perfect paint for both of my projects.
Such great customer service! I go out of my way to go to this Sherwin store..thanks Brad!
