Great post office with excellent staff. I use this location multiple times a week.
Waited today for 20 minutes because of slow relief. Women had attitudes because they were ready to go. Manager did apologize for the long way. Future suggestion: Relief person should have their own station.
Poor leadership. They have very little means of resolve. Consistent issues. Delayed and missing mail on a constant basis coupled with poor nonchalant customer care. They need serious reform or congress should start contracting with a better provider.
went to apply for my passport .... worst agent ever. I don't remember his name but he a tall, black guy. He raised his voice and refused to go over my application. DO NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION!!!!
