Usually pretty good I have the monthly pass with underbody wash. Was doing some work under my car and they either don't wash the undercarriage (even though the light in the wash comes on) or it is the weakest water pressure in Waterford. There is no way they use any kind of pressure to spray the under body.
They have a great workers on staff. They sprayed off all the ice in the wheel wells and also the grill off my car. Then they wiped off the car and made it look awesome.! Great job everyone. Thanks you.
The passenger side of my car got scratched almost the entire length. I cancelled my monthly plan after that. I'm afraid to return there at this point because I don't want more damage,l. Previous to the scratches, their washes were decent. Not sure if it's an isolated incident, or what, but I can't recommend them.
Really love the monthly service, lines never a problem. Andrea and most of the workers are super nice.
I use the monthly deal and love it. Place is always fast and my car looks good.
