My experience was FANTASTIC! They were able to find our exact carpet that we have in the rest of our house. Stacy and the rest of the team were easy to work with and very understanding. We had a lot of issues with finishing our basement and we had to delay our carpet install multiple times. They were very understanding and helpful.
When we finally were able to install the carpet, the installer did an amazing job. The carpet itself was great quality and exactly what we wanted. The installation job was fast and great quality of work.
Thank you for helping us have a great experience at the end of our basement project, when everything else in that project was very stressful. :)
