It's brand new. It's huge, towering over the adjacent backyards of homes to the south. Officially grand opened today, though without much fanfare due to the coronavirus pandemic. I walked through the place, each of four floors. The parking spaces are more roomy than the previous surface parking lot that this garage replaced. There's an official address of 221 W. Troy, near the northeast corner of the building. I also added a few photos to this listing. Here's hoping this massive development will alleviate parking stress in downtown Ferndale.
