This is my go to place when I want some good pizza and grinders. A very nice menu including wings (boned and boneless) ribs, pasta and fish n shrimp dinners. Give them a try, you're gonna like them!!

They are amazing here, I’ve been coming to this location for years and the new manager they’ve got running things is the best!! She is always polite and friendly, I’ve never had any issues with them and they even tolerate me coming in just to chat! My to go place wouldn’t go anywhere else if your want great food and great people look no farther than here!! If I could rate higher I would 100/5!

Delivery driver was friendly & arrived earlier than expected. BUT the manager is rude & didn't fix an incorrect order. I ordered 2 pizzas tonight and one was made with the wrong topping. I called the store to let them know some of the order was not correct. Immediately I was told it was my fault and I ordered what was delivered. After going back and forth for a few minutes, she finally offered to have another pizza sent out but said it would be a while because she only had one driver for the night. I didn't even want a freebie...I just wanted to tell them that they messed up my order and she was treating me like I was lying to get something for free. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said I was already talking to her. When I asked her name, she hung up on me. No apology, no fixing the order and no customer service skills.nnAfter she hung up on me, I called the Sterling Heights store to speak with one of their managers about my experience at the HP store. The SH manager was nice & helpful. She apologized on behalf of the HP store manager, offered to make me the correct pizza, took my information and said she would give it to the owner to address this issue.nnThere's was a HUGE difference in treatment between the 2 location. I hope the HP manager is re-trained on customer relations and how to problem solve.

I ordered food yesterday the food was fish was good and the owner daughter had a good attitude so I ordered again today and the old lady that took my order hung up on me cause I was willing to pay extra for some things different on the menu..I call back to talk to the manager and the same lady question me 3 times for my info instead of giving me to a manager so I drove up to the place and the owner walk in right behind me I told him what happened so did the person I had on the phone all the time that heard everything that went on and they wouldn't even offer me anything at all for my inconvenience at at all I'll never order from there again because of the customer service with the elderly lady
