This visit was alright, my pizza was made just as I ordered. Staff handled the line professionally.
Ghetto rude, with an attitude a worker said at this location no crazy brear because they dont have the paper to make it most of the time they messing ppl orders up, going to another location.
No one wore masks on their face. The cooks wore mask around their chines and the order takers wore no mask at all. The manager wore her mask around her neck and was very disrespectful and had a very bad attitude and was extremely rude. I ordered a cheese pizza on the app. I asked for a refund because no one wore masks. The manager told me I could not have a refund. I took the pizza and it had some pepperoni on it. The manager asked me if I wanted them to remake it. I said yes and please wear a mask while making it. She started yelling and screaming. I walked out the store and contacted corporate. Contactless pizza, they lie!
They don't seem to have any ingredients available for topping. Employees are rude and little to no human interaction skills. Store should close its doors with this kind of service or hire trained staff, this is unacceptable customer service.
Ordered a deep dish pizza,crazy bread and sauce they ran out of crazy bread. I ordered through the app told me I had to go through the app to get a refund I can't find where to do it.there was 15 to 20 people in the lobby waiting on food. There sign said only 4 people in the lobby. There was 5-7 people working only one at the register for alot of people.the pizza wasn't even cut had to do it at home.
