Ok so like I placed my order over the phone but they sent it to another location per the work at this location. So he had a fresh cheese bread ready (I ordered regular bread sticks). He gave it to me for bread stick price. And it was delicious!

Idk who’s in the kitchen making those pizzas but whoever they are, they need recognition! My pizza is done and hott! As a pizza lover I appreciate you! Also thank you Eric for your excellent customer service, this location has upgraded! ❤ufe0f

I do not take the time out of my day to write bad reviews but this was worthy of my time to speak about. Absolutely horrible customer service AND food. The workers were rude, cut me off, and hung up on me. I had to turn my oven on to reheat the pizza I had just bought. Do not recommend this place at all. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the other Pizza Hut.

The last two times my pizza was super dry and they forgot dressings, this time I specifically requested they don’t overcook it and my pizza arrived with only 1/3 toppings that I paid for on an unusually thin dough. Somehow the delivery guy had the wrong address (that’s weird because they had simply confirmed my correct address from the last two times!), and he called, seemingly just to accusingly tell me that he had been knocking on “my” door and already left—no apology once he figured out he’d been at the wrong house. When he then arrived at my correct address, he didn’t seem to know that I had already paid over the phone (he seemed to be indicating that the balance was unpaid and still needed to be rectified until I insistently told him otherwise—now we’re on “dispute” #2...), and he didn’t seem to know that it was supposed to be a contactless delivery, either (which I had also relayed very clearly over the phone, of course). Granted, it was the end of the day, and I’m sure the blame can be shared by multiple people—let’s not forget that the pizza itself was not what I ordered, either—but yikes. I’m just trying to order a pizza here guys, not manage a restaurant.
