I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni bacon black olives extra sauce and extra cheese on 1/26/21... what I got was a pepperoni pizza. I go back in and told the girl working the counter that my pizza was wrong. She looks at me like I'm lying I said the receipt on the box has the correct toppings but (opens box) all I got was a pepperoni pizza. She goes in the back and takes the receipt off puts the pizza in the warmer and just says to the guys making pizza you have to remake this one. First in the days of covid she should've thrown the pizza away since it did leave the building. Second their job consists of reading the orders and making them. So how they just disregarded the entire slip in front of them and the screen next to them with the order on it and the receipt when they placed it on the box is beyond me. No one apologized for the inconvenience. When the correct pizza was given she just put the box on the counter. I was thinking she would've opened it so I could see it was corrected which would've been good customer service. However it seems you can only get service from this location because this is not the first time the customer service element lacked. The entire store needs customer service training. I'll be looking for a different location to order from going forward.

2nd online order within a week for delivery and once again a fail. Even after I called to talk to employee to make sure my order was completed correctly she ensured me it would be. Delivery and 2 issues with order. I called the store again & spoke with employee that told me the items I was missing were not missing calling me a liar. I called them incompetent. Shame on me for continuing to order for delivery taking a chance on food I pay for to be wrong/missing something. Never again!

This is my far the worst customer service that I have ever received in my entire life today from the employees at this location!!! The managers response to a customer issue was rude and reprehensible. They totally misrepresented what really occurred and have no respect or desire to offer any type of respectable customer service. Employees say one thing managers say another. To make matters worse, they put the drivers in the middle. But then the driver the driver misrepresented the situation as well. I will be contacting the corporate offices on Monday and will never ever step foot in this location again. Management is an absurd joke at this hungry Howie’s location in Ferndale!!! Confrontational, no respectnfor their customers nor taking responsibility for their own mistakes. We have supported our hometown location for the past 6 years, that has ended. We will happily drive to the Royal Oak location or Clawson and support those locations! :)nTaking this post down does not magically make the situation that occurred disappear.

If it's your first time using your card and you are going in to pick up make sure you have your id or the person who's card you used. They will ask. They're just doin their job but I've walked there after my brother paid for the pie and they wouldn't release it to me. Like i said, i'm not mad, just wanna get the word out there. Pizza is always on point and the cashiers are always friendly.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE ud83dudc4eud83cudffcnOrdered a small, 6-piece pizza with extra pepperoni, and no other toppings, and it took OVER AN HOUR to come. Not to mention my address is less than a mile away from the location. They definitely didn’t deserve their tip. $18 for a small, really late pizza that didn’t even have extra pepperoni. How hard is it to make and deliver a small pizza less than a mile away? Wish I could post the picture of the cold pizza. Definitely never recommending or ordering from Hungry Howies EVER again.
