Customer service as always been a terrible experience for me. EVERYTIME I go. It’s 9:26 and the only thing being sold is what’s already cooked??? Because they close at 10? Can’t get an Italian sausage pizza because they close at 10. It’s nothing but kids with ZERO problem solving skills. No communication skills. I’ve seen them argue with plenty of customers because a customer said they wanted it fresh.
Horrible customer service... The lines are always looking and your wait will always be longer than estimated, especially if they need to your order which is often. They only get 3 stars because they make my wings well done like I ask and their pizzas are usually well topped
Waited 15 minutes for crazy bread. Service was not very good (no smile's, no greeting, didn't get a receipt). This was my second visit in as many days. Last night, I sat at the D. T. Speaker for at least 5 minutes w/o anyone responding. Went around to window, where there appeared to be a car waiting for food. Sat there 5 min w/o anyone coming to the window. So I left. It's unfortunate that this seems to be consistent experience not just with this store but the Greenfield/ Grand River ( the worst) Telegraph/ 5mi. Just horrible service.
Only LC on the west that actually takes time on your pizza. This one (I always order online) is always available. Its ready when I get there
My food was absolutely terrible I will never go back here again ! The food was cold and the staff seemed to be more interested in playing around than getting the orders correct.
