Love this store. The people there are awesome and so helpful. I just had a machine fixed through them and it came back working great. I would definitely recommend them.
Been fans for many years. No one else comes close for products, support and training.
Unacceptable service time. I called in mid June to get a replacement Galil board for a Statler Stitcher, and was told I would have to wait for a technician to come to Colorado to install it. Two weeks later the tech finally showed up with a refurbished board that cost $2000. This board failed the next day and I had to wait another three weeks for the tech to return. Unacceptable to have a customer wait six weeks to get their machine operational. Think twice before purchasing a machine from a dealer who is eight hours away.
Very friendly counter staff with the inventory you need.
Excellent service, classes and very knowledgable people.
I had trouble with my embroidery machine and they took time and very detail to fix the issue.
I'm very thankful for the dedication.
