Just left this location, and was told it's a 45min wait for me to order and get food because the one worker here is backed up with orders. There is no one in line, nothing cooking on the grill and there is no phone ringing! How?? Need better staff immediately. Even if I could give no stars I definitely would.
Delicious subs and good service. I really like this place... no wonder why it’s so busy during lunch and dinner. I have tried many items on the menu and have not been disappointed yet. Staff is friendly and I can tell they try their best when it’s busy. Food quality is good, which is hard to say at other sub places.nThis location is really clean and they’re always wearing masks. I won’t try anywhere else for subs.
This Tubby's was not good I wanted a footlong steak and cheese with fixings on one side and just plain steak and cheese on the other they stated I had to buy two 6-inch subs and not the one foot long. I figured that wasn't good enough.

Phone eticate is terrible. Its been 30 minutes since tney put me on hold and im still waiting. Normally i would hang up but im curious to see how long theyre going to keep me on hold.
