I waited 2 hours, from the time I got in line until my vehicle was done. I only went here because it is black owned, and it came highly recommended! Once I checked my vehicle, there were areas that were not done completely or not done at all. The inside rear window, the inside of the doors (and door step) rims, and the back of my trunk were not thoroughly cleaned, and my passenger side view mirror was not cleaned at all. I had high hopes for giving them my business, however I will not be returning.
Need front desk attendant. I called for a quote was told to bring in my vehicle got there within 15 minutes there were cars wrapped around the building. I understand they were busy but after 40 minutes of waiting youd think someone would at minimum come out and acknowledge you.
My man experience is that they're polite efficient Timely and I feel safe because the gas station across the street on Gilcrest I was sitting up inside in my car waiting to be serviced and I got carjacked and stole my purse and everything I just couldn't get my car cuz I fought so hard so to go to a car wash that doesn't make me feel nervous anymore is a good field and they're black on so that's a plus and I always tip
Very impressed with the service I received. Kelvin, the owner, was extremely professional, courteous, polite, and respectful. He kept me updated during the entire process. Last but not least, his niece, Myah, was responsible for keeping the facility clean and organized. She was also friendly and professional. I would recommend their detailing services to any and everyone.
