This place has the worst food! It NEVER TASTE FRESH! You can tell it sat overnight. Bagels are dry... very dry and stale. They put 10lbs of frosting on donuts. They clearly don't know what a croissant is supposed to look like or taste like! Steaming is not it! It's supposed to be flaky on the outside. And for the first time the coffee is good today. I always try out a place multiple times because everyone is human there are going to be some off days. If I didn't know what time Hortons was supposed to taste like I would never go again this location is garbage.

Horrible. They have gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions. I keep going because it is a convenient location for me but I do not think I will be going ever again. This time: green eggs, wrong coffee, wrong change, wrong cream cheese. Bagel is barely toasted with chive cream cheese when I asked for plain. My partner’s bacon egg and cheese bagel was disgusting. The eggs were GREEN. My partner took one bite and instantly threw up from seeing the green. NEVER AGAIN!!

I've been going here daily for coffee for awhile. One day it'll be perfect the next will be gross. Me and my husband also recently got food poisoning from their breakfast. How do you order the same coffee everyday and it taste wildly different every day? Hopefully the next location will have people who are consistent and know how to complete BASIC orders. It was literally an iced coffee with 2 creams 2 sugars. How hard is that?

BE-WARE! Manager at this location will do anything to make up costs of discounted orders (like special deals). If you order donuts individually and make requests for specific ones, she may slip in a plain donut. If you order half dozen with requests for specific ones, she will charge you for the half dozen then add 2 additional donuts (but not include these 2 in your order) to make up for costs even though adding 2 additional donuts plus the half dozen cost way more than buying 6 individuals. I'm quite certain the company profits either way. You'll just pay more... Sad!
