44 Burrito

I visited this place today and I really wanted to like this black-owned business however the poor service and long wait really turned me off. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 tacos, meanwhile, what appeared to be the manager or owner stood in the front lobby casually talking with two guys for the better part of 20 minutes. We are still in a pandemic! She then told the guys that the line was getting long and that she'd have to go back to work only to continue talking. I can't say that I would recommend this place to anyone at this time unless their service improves.

Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that they’re never open. One of the best burritos I’ve had... when I can actually get it. Don’t even look at their hours of operation. Just hope you get lucky the one day they’re open.

Ms. Tee is very rude and unprofessional. I called up there after getting home to let them know that my 2 orders of nachos did not have all the toppings shown on the menu and the receipt. I looked at the food before I left but I thought it was under the cheese. The guy on the phone told me to come back and he would remake it. I told him that I live east and they would be closed by the time I got back and he said that’s ok. They will wait for me. This is about a 30 minute drive from my house. Once I got there the guy told Ms. Tee what he offered me but she just wanted to argue. She refused to remake my food and only wanted to give me the toppings and have me drive another 30 Minutes back home to reheat my food with sour cream on it. So now my food is an hour and a half old and you will not honor what you told me when you messed my food up. Wow. My little sister got concerned because Ms. Tee was walking up on me. She thought Ms. Tee wanted to fight so my mother got out of the car to diffuse the situation. Who wants to spend $55 to eat cold food. Avoid this place. It’s sad that you can’t make your food the way it is listed on the menu but you want to argue with me because I expect what I order and I expect it hot after you told me you would fix it. It was already an inconvenience for me to come back then you don’t want to honor what you said. Wrong on so many levels

This spot sure knows how to serve their clients. Consistently with a very welcoming mindset. The food is conveniently priced, constantly yummy and clean.
