Atm drive through all 3 were down. But when I went inside Wijdan helped me right away at the counter! He was very nice.
Great service, the staffing there are very professional.
The worst experience ever! I paid off my $5400 balance on my credit card and then.of a sudden they lowered my available credit to $2500 saying I had to many.lines of credit! What type of business punishes a consumer who paid them on time every single month and then pays them off during a pandemic? I feel this was done because I am black and they can tell by my name that I am black and decided to treat me like they treat all black people! (Like we all have bad credit) systematically reducing someone's credit line based off of fake information is a violation of the fair lending act! I will never do business with them ever again. And will make sure I let everyone I know of their business practices! Stick with credit unions everyone! You are a person to them and you matter to them! Had no problem getting a credit line of $7500 just now to make up the closed account with chase
ATMs are ALWAYS broken. They have 3 but usually only one works . Don’t deposit cash or checks because you will get an error message saying to contact Chase to confirm deposit every single time.
Banker Terrance Haynes was an absolute pleasure to work with. My personal banking account got hacked and I had to go into the branch in order to re-open it. Terrance had great customer service skills and guided me through the process in order to gain access to my account again. I greatly appreciate his help and recommend him to anyone visiting this branch!
