I cannot believe this particular branch recieved a 4.1 star rating. I have been banking with Comerica for 10 years, it is actually just my alternative account when I can't get to my credit union. Anyways, this branch is located right by house. I seem to have more friendly & professional ecounters with employees, when I use drive through for some reason. Every time I go in, there are a select few tellers that definately could care less about providing sufficient customer service. Which is quite sad, because these are mostly middle aged women. The tellers my age are way more professional, sad to say. The women can be very rude, snobby & seem like they are ready for their shift to be over. The lady that survived me today hardly aknowledge me, then blurted aloud my account balance with other persons standing in lobby. This is not the first time I have experienced such ignorant,hostile behavior. Hopefully one day someone will.bring this to the branch managers attention & adjust employees attitudes & professionalism.
