Top notch branch. Professional service with personal care. I have trusted this branch of PNC with my banking needs for many years and have never been disappointed.
Waited 15 minutes before someone came to tell me that their notary is in a meeting and then taking lunch so I won’t be able to get my papers notarized today. It was 3:30PM and they close at 5PM. Seems convenient to take lunch at peak hours. Rude staff.
Beware of this banker Felicia Walker she’s a con artist!!!! She’ll tell you all kinds of stories about her, her family just to get you where she wants you to open a line of credit, loan or credit card then if things doesn’t go the way you want them and you go back and talk with her she will act like she’s never talked with you. She’s very manipulative beware warning people!!!!!
