This is a awesome bank to open an account with. The drive thru attendants are always respectful. Some days are better than others and I get that. The only thing is I wish their bank could expand Worldwide.
I can’t say enough about this bank. I’ve banked with them for years and every time I have to interact with someone the branch, they are very helpful. I love the customer service.
The people at this bank are incredibly lazy. I tried opening a new account with them and after 2 weeks they still hadn't processed the application. The woman who answers the phone bank is not helpful at all and will request that you email the bank instead of her assisting you. I gladly took my business elsewhere.
Tried to open a business account with this bank but they never got back with me so I had my wife to call and she kept getting transferred to a managers voicemail. We're just trying to do business with our own.
This was the best banking decision I ever made to join first independence bank shoutout to Mrs. Cilleen Turner who made the entire process worth the time and effort I enjoyed my visit to first independence bank and I will continue to do business here in the future.
