Always incredibly helpful, Thad is absolutely terrific. They have coffee and candies if you need a little something to hold you over while you're waiting. The atm is open 24-7. If I had to leave a complaint it would be that the office hours are pretty tight, not a large window of time at all, particularly in the afternoon. However, the hours are fairly standard for a bank.
I would give them 0 starts if i could. They are so rude and not helpful at all! EVERYTIME i bring A check they want to put a hold on it but i take It else where and it’s cashed right away. They make it inconvenient to bank with them since I pass this location four times daily and they refused to help me yet I go to the Sashabaw location and telegraph and their excellent the manager here shouldn’t even be a manager of a McDonald’s let alone a Flagstar Bank ! The rudest people I’ve ever encountered!
