I’ve been taking my pups here for years, but not anymore. After today’s visit, I’m completely bummed out about how much they charged me for something that shouldn’t have been $300+. They seem to try to add as many services, meds, and food to the bill. Sadly, I feel it has become more about the money rather than the animals overall health. This was my go-to for several years. Completely disappointed and bummed because I was previously a satisfied customer.
Need to fill out admission paperwork and wait in parking lot - due to COVID.nBut, you call and they come out to get your pet(s).nThey come out fairly quickly.nThe doctor calls to discuss and answer questions.nThe entire process is quicker than I would have thought.nWe've been there a few times in the last couple of months.nExperience has been better than expected.
I was very happy with the way they treated my Guinea pig when they trim her nails. I offered a tip and she gave it back. Krieger is very nice and treated her as if she was hers.
I am thrilled about my first experience with Clarkston Animal Medical Center. Not only is the staff AMAZING and thorough but this vet is also AFFORDABLE! I am new to the area, called my EX-vet in a panic and was so offended by the disrespect from the receptionist and knew I had to find a new vet, I called Clarkston Animal Medical Center and I’m so happy I did! The receptionist April treated me with kindness and I could truly feel the willingness to help my animal. It was my first visit to the vet with my Dalmatian and I could tell my puppy was elated from her happy experience at this vet. I can feel the radiation of good energy from the staff here. The doctor was thorough and respectful- I could tell he put a lot of time and care into my Dalmatian. All the way around, excellent experience.
