They just lost a loyal customer. I ordered my pick-up this evening and was told a 40 minute wait time. After I paid they told me it was still not ready. I waited 1 hour & 20 minutes and was then told it still had not gone in the oven which is when I then canceled the order with a manager. I received a call 2 hours and 10 minutes after the initial order that it was finally ready (even that I canceled). They wasted over an hour of my time that I waited in the parking lot because of their unreliable wait times. I was able to go down the street to their competitor to get food for my family before Jets even called (2+ hours later) and said the order was finally ready.

have always loved jets. I order my pizza and sticks for delivery. Payment is taken. They say 45-hour. Tell me why they wait until my pizza should be delivered to tell me that they can’t because it’s not in their range.nnThey should have let me know before hand.nAsked to speak to a manager or whoever was incharge. That did not happen.nnI understand the circumstances we are in . But you need to be held accountable. Also the jets on Baldwin is closer than the one on m-24. But thanks kiddos!!

I ordered the Duo tonight.. and let me tell you.. this Jets Pizza made my pizza phenomenal. I live out in Waterford and the Jets by me is good too. But the pizza Lake Orion served me tonight was probably the best Duo I have ever received. Presentation was outstanding and it was amazing! Thank you!!

Great pizza, good service, fair prices. Not sure you can ask for much more. The 8 corner pizza is the best, Jets crust is the best part.
