Sandwich delivered to the wrong house and after calling to see where my sandwich was I received the WORST customer service I have ever experience. One of the associates, Star, was extremely rude. She definitely was not a star at her job. Also, once the other delivery man came by he insisted star was not a rude person and was being nice even though he was not on the phone call... service was so bad I don’t even want to eat this sandwich. Very disappointed, I don’t know if I can get myself to eat here again.
Worst jimmy johns I’ve experienced delivery takes an oddly long amount of time. I honestly don’t trust eating from this location anymore and they can’t even get online orders right.
Have been ordering from them at least once a week sometimes more for the last year. Went in today and they would not accommodate me. I won’t be back. People need to wake up.
Don’t ever Order out from this jimmy johns. They are always at least 30 minutes after delivery. It take about 1 to 1.5 hours to get food. Don’t wasted your time. Employees are useless
Went in today to get something for lunch, 2 of the employees didn't have masks on/hanging from one ear. I like the sandwiches, but I won't be going to this location again even if it is the closest.
