I love this location, usually very quick and polite. However my most recent visit to this location wasn’t the best. The guy who made my sandwich was incredibly rude to me and was talking about me to other staff while I was in the store! I was incredibly polite to him as well. I think I overheard one of the staff say his name was Gary? Maybe Gavin?
They were fast and the delivery driver came back with my drink even though I told him he didn't have to! He was so kind and courteous! ud83dude00
I was expecting the same jimmy sub I always get. I was wrong. The product was the usual quality but the way the guy loaded the sub was terrible. The meat was sliding out. I just think he needs better training.
Let me start by saying we love Jimmy Johns food. My last few experiences with this location have been less than impressive. My wife just came through the drive thru, ordered 4- 16” subs, one didn’t have cheese, the others had all the things we requested taken off like tomatoes or peppers. We try not to gripe too much, and to limit special orders, as we get it, no one likes a pain. As a business owner myself, what got me the last few times I was at this location, was the lack of “thank you” when we were given our food, or “how are you” when we arrived at the drive thru window. I know everyone is taught to greet customers and thank them for choosing their establishment. A hello, and thank you go a long way. The food was still okay, but we pick off items and grab some cheese out of our fridge.
Love this Jimmy John's! Love their tuna fish on white bread! Keep coming back!
