Nov 4, 2020 was my 1st encounter with Dr Justina and her vet tech Cheryl. From the beginning of this journey from the phone call to Justin to the end of this difficult time this team was amazing. As we know as pet's owners that one of the hardest things in life that we experience is the time of having to say goodbye to our beloved pet's. This wasn't my 1st experience for having to say good bye to a pet's but it was the most tranquil of them. This group was amazing. Coming to our home to care for our Chloé, since she hated car rides was great. I didn't want to stress her out for a last car ride to our usual vet. I dreaded the day let alone the thought of it being the last memory for her and myself. They care they provided was outstanding. Her passing was so peacefully done. I couldn't of asked for anything better for us. Extremely thankful for this group. They were an answer to my prayers.
We are so grateful to have found Vets2U. Dr. Justina, Cheryl and Justin were friendly, positive, helpful and knowledgable as we discussed the best plan of action over the last several weeks of our 17-year-old cat's life. They were thoughtful in how to best care for her and open in conversations about the options for improving her quality of life. It felt like we really had a team working with us to make the most educated, compassionate choices during a hard time. When it came time for us to say goodbye to our Rosie, Dr. Justina and Cheryl helped ensure that the experience was peaceful, and we greatly appreciated that Rosie was able to pass away in the comfort of our home.
They have been out several times, for two different cats, including dealing very professionally and caring to one of our cats whom is VERY difficult! They also were 100% on par with Covid precautions etc! We will continue to use them for non emergency cat issues and HIGHLY recommend them, especially for anyone who has a scaredy cat!
So professional, knowledgeable, and even affordable. Justin was so friendly, and was able to see us within a week of me calling for an appointment during the COVID pandemic. They handled my pets so well, and again, were not over priced. I will 100% be using their services again!
I only left a five star review, because that's all that was allowed. Dr. Justina and Cheryl were wonderful! They came into our home to assist our family in a difficult time, and they could not have been better. They were genuinely compassionate and went above and beyond in making our family comfortable with the process. We will miss our old friend dearly, but pleased he could pass at home with the people he loved for many years.
