The front desk people were very nice and I could tell they are very busy so I didn’t mind waiting on hold. They always picked up the phone and kindly me asked me to wait if there was someone ahead of me. The doctor that took care of my dog was super friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and thoroughly went over what she saw during the exam and her best recommendations.
Took my 10 month old puppy here for neuter surgery. Everyone I spoke to was wonderful. Very caring and kind staff, they kept me updated on how my baby way doing, and took exceptional care of him. And the costs were quite reasonable.This will definitely be our permanent vet.
Beyond happy with our experience. My dog had injured her front leg and they were able to get us in and seen fairly quick. Staff is caring and they’re really affordable. Will be back and definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new vet

Have nothing but good things to say about Blue Cross. Easy to get an appointment, great safety precautions during COVID, and an amazing staff. I feel like my dog is being taken care of and always in good hands.
