Friendly staff. Doctor took her time to address all concerns and I felt the exam was very thorough and done by a knowledgeable and qualified vet. The only area of improvement would be the 1 hour wait. I understand it's because they take their time with clients, but either time allotment per booking should be increased or calls made prior to let you know the doctor is running late so you could adjust your arrival time and anything you might have planned after.
We've been at N. Main since we moved to Royal Oak in 2007. They continue to provide quality service and care for our pets. Our current canine family members are high anxiety and have needed extra care compared to other dogs we've had over the years. The folks at N. Main show compassion and care for them that is very comforting for us especially now since we can't accompany them into the facility.
This was our first visit to North Main Animal Hospital.nFrom my Initial call to inform the vet that I had arrived to our departing, all went well. Following COVID rules all went smoothly. My pet was seen within a reasonable time of his appointment. Soon after our pet was taken inside, the Vet called to discuss any and all concerns we had and voiced his opinion of the next steps. All concerns were discussed without any feeling of being rushed. Dr. Robinson was very thorough and professional. The young man that assisted by taking down all info and taking my pet into the vet, as well as returning him to my car and providing all necessary information regarding his medications, was excellent. Very professional and friendly as well.nWe still have some open items to address but over all my husband and I left North Main Animal Hospital feeling assured that our little furry friend had receive excellent care from a concerning and professional staff.nI especially appreciated that my pet was seen at his appointment time: I could discuss why I brought my pet in and go over his treatment, all while remaining in my car, in the parking lot while he was seen. EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT!
Adopted a puppy in August and this was my first experience with North Main. She has had terrific care at a reasonable price. Dr Robinson successfully repaired her “cheery eye” and she is doing great. She recently had some tummy troubles and they were able to see her quickly. Highly recommend
