Service was great
I really love this hospital, this is my first experience with a pet hospital and they are very thorough and professional, they even called the next day to check on our dog. I also like the pet insurance they offer so I don't have to worry about costly care for my max. Thank you all for good care of our Max.
Absolutely abominable care and poor costomer service. My mom and I called several times about my sister's dog and the people on the phone were very rude. We asked to speak to a vet because the dog was peeing blood and mucus, but never got a call back. At one point we were given an email to send videos in, but when we called to confirm that the email had been received we were told that no such email existed. When I asked if they could recommend an emergency vet (since they didnt have any available appointments until the next week and the dog was only peeing blood at this point), the person on the phone refused to recommend any.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Love the Veterinarians. They showed me how to easily and properly clean my dogs ears, and put medicine in after an ear infection was present. I recommend PET INSURANCE saves alot of $$$$ and stress. Pets are expensive. FACE COVERAGE REQUIRED & CAN OFFER CURB SIDE DO/ PU.
Although it's a bit pricey the staff is understanding and nice.
