Awesome vet and even more awesome staff!! The doctors and staff were friendly, caring and VERY timely and quick with my cat's appointment. They had her taken care of in no time at all.nThey listened to all my concerns and took them into account and treated my cat so sweetly. Plus the picture frame after was too cute! Will 100% be going back here in the future. Can't thank y'all enough!!
Physical wellness check center like this all will always tell you they never accept sick pets. Sick pets should go to speccialist! But this one is very different! I told them my sick cat got serious nose problem, hard to breathe! They still accepted him anyway, waste my time and money, to get irrelevant 500 dollars check nothing to do with problems of nose and breathe! no diagnosis!
Love Kimball. Have transferred all 3 dogs here. My 9 yr old Shi-poo had to have a cancerous tumor removed last week and Kimball suggested OCVS to treat and remove but they quoted $3500.00. Asked if Kimball vets could perform surgery and it was under $1000.00. Very knowledgeable, reliable and affordable vets that have pets and pet-owners best interest at heart.
Just wish a regular vet could've helped our kitty. Great place. Awesome Vet and Staff. I would go here again.
Dr. Rivas is the best. We have been seeing him for 6 years (since our dog was a little pup) and he is honest and fair, and also compassionate and patient. You can tell he truly loves animals and I have never felt rushed. He thoroughly explains everything and answers every question. He has never had us get services that he didn't feel wasn't necessary. Most recently, I thought my dog was going to need x-rays. He didn't think so, and was able to diagnose her based on an exam alone. So we didn't have the extra charges of unnecessary x-rays. We have never had a bad experience here, even with any of the other vets. Highly recommend.
