This is the first time I used them to book a ticket to India and was very pleased with the service offered. I worked with Santosh and he was very helpful, prompt and very professional. To top if off, he calls me back a day later, after I had booked my ticket to tell me that he can get me the same ticket now at a much discounted rate. Very impressed... going to switch over to them for any new travel.

Fraud Company....nnThis time we have booked tickets for Lufthansa flight to India and paid $3943 for my family. The booking was cancelled or never confirmed, but they release the ticket with booking code. I tried to call them and no response, no response to emails. Looks like they are team of cheater made good name for 2 to 3 years and planned such frauds, I used this company for 2 years and blindly believed them. Need to take action now, looks like we lost our money. Victims please let me know your updates so that I can also follow.

I called multiple travel agencies to inquire about fare for India trip. Sai World was the one who gave lowest price on the first attempt and it was almost $100 less than others. Great and clean deal.

Sai World Travels is great! I got married in India last year and Santosh was so amazing and helpful with booking several different itineraries for myself and many family members! I've since used them to book a couple more trips to India and Singapore. When Air India cancelled my flight to Singapore, Sai World Travels was very professional and worked quickly to get me a refund! (Way more professional than anyone I dealt with in Air India!!)nnI would highly recommend working them! Santosh is always reachable and quick to respond to multiple itinerary requests! He is also very knowledgeable about fare trends and has provided us great advice about when to book and likely fare changes.

We booked the tickets and we did not get it ! The agency has absconded with the ticket money and now cannot be reached by any mode of communication. The tickets was for some family emergency. Did a very bad thing of recommending them to others. They are under huge loss too! Absolutely hoax agency. Do not trust.
