Rite Aid

Visited October 29. The two customers I saw were not wearing masks. Very disappointing.

I ran into this store to grab a couple bottles of Vitamins that were on Sale, and the Cashier that rang me up was the SWEETEST Lady! Hands down the BEST Customer Service I have ever received! I didn't feel like I was a bother to her, she was very personable, it felt more like an experience than just checking out at Drug Store! She thanked me for coming in, invited me back again, and told me it was a pleasure taking care of such a sweet, respectful young lady. This happened two days ago when I was in there and I still haven't forgotten that! I'm not sure what her name is, but she needs to be made Employee of the Century because you just don't find that kind of Customer Service at a Drug Store! Most Employees at Drug Stores are rude! Not her!!! She was amazing! Excellent experience!

The customer service I have received over the past few days with dealing with my prescription has just been horrible. I normally don’t have any problems when I have the two people who normally help me, help me but there was a new pharmacist assistant who hasn’t helped me before and it was nothing but a bad experience! He first said the script wasn’t sent but the other person working confirmed it was there, he was looking right at it, then he said called my doctor and left a message, my doctor confirmed that wasn’t true, then he told me to send my script elsewhere. I’m sorry but as business owner myself, that is just horrible business! Why would you want to lose a customer and give another company the money instead of your own and you do not tell a customer to take their business elsewhere. Lastly, he said he wasn’t going to speak to me or my husband about me inquiring about what was going on with my prescription anymore and that even if my doctor did call them that he still wasn’t going to fill it and I had to wait for the other pharmacist was there at the end of the week. This is absolutely ridiculous and if a doctor is saying to fill a prescription then it is your job to do so and shouldn’t be this difficult. This guy is extremely unprofessional and this guy does not need to work in a pharmacy if he isn’t going to display good customer service to people who are prescribed medications for real serious medical reasons. Medication isn’t something to play around with and when my doctor says I need it immediately for my medical reasons but he still wants to withhold because he didn’t like how I reacted to him being rude in the first place and caught lying and not doing his job correctly is something that is just absurd and very unprofessional! I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and that is a shame because I go to rite aid a lot and spend a lot of my money there but if this guy is going to be the type of people rite aid employees then they lost my business.
