They were under staffed. There was a 20 minute wait for each person in line. They had two drive thru's but it made no difference . The guy at the window was patient with me even though I frustrated him a bit by moving ahead in line without letting him know I was doordash I apologized and he brought the meal to my car. I appreciated it

Me and my buddy went here after an evening of work moving a car and I received the most uncomfortable BigMac I've ever attempted to eat. I would argue that it was at least 1 year under that heat lamp, crispy is never a way anyone should describe a number one! Ill stick to the Cooley Lake Rd. establishment for now on.

I was upset when I returned to this location to get my RAW NUGGETS replaced from a 10 piece meal. I was given the nuggets free but I had to purchase the fries and drink. I didn't notice on the board that I forgot to order the drink. I asked for a drink and a manager came to the window. When I told her I wanted a drink and I couldn't believe that they were willing to loose my business over $1, she told me to never come back. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Had to come back 3 times asked for 3$ mcdouble plain only cheese fresh.Went home it was dry one 1 side on both patties. Took back told them my issue gave me another one went home this time was fresh but had everything on it went back told them 3rd time here mcdouble fresh only cheese got hom and ounce again dry.To me they can't read the screen properly, and grill need cleaning so patties can cook on both sides correct.

Lady was rushing the order the whole time, on top of it I asked for my quarter pounder to be well done and it's still EXTREMELY pink inside. I don't know how many differymc donald's locations don't know how to do their job but this is absolutely ridiculous. The meat was not even cooked in the middle of the burger, absolutely disgusting
