Awesome company! Had a lots of damage at my house due to a flood. Auto Owners insurance tried to get me to accept an amount that wouldn't cover 5% of the damage. Vince Orlando stepped in and took care of everything making sure that my house was restored to its original condition and the Insurance company paid for the claim.
I can say without a doubt, United Restoration Disaster Services completely blew my expectations when it came to the kitchen remodeling process. No other service (in my past experiences) had come close to the professionalism I experienced overall. These dudes ROCK!!
I consulted with Quinn, Sales Manager with United, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very quick to respond regarding my potential roof claim. You don't often find a fair, honest salesperson like United has. I highly recommend them!
United Restoration was efficient. They fought for us when dealing with our insurance company and the roof looks great
URDS was fantastic to work. I worked with Dennis as my sales rep, and he was always able to be reached, very punctual, friendly, professional, and honest. When he talked to me and made me the sales pitch it seemed to good to be true, but everything happened exactly how it said it would for the price he said it would. I would NOT hesitate to do business with Dennis or URDS, and I have referred him and them to many family and friends. Below are pictures of the before and after.
