I have been going to OMPT Specialists in Troy (Kirts) for about the past five weeks or so, and am incredibly pleased with the entire experience! Each one of the staff are so welcoming and caring.nnMy therapist Emma is incredible! She always asks just the right questions each time to determine the level of my needs that day. She genuinely cares about providing the best experience. The hands-on therapy massage and manual traction always leave me feeling better than I did when I came in.nnThank you, Emma, so much for all you've done to always make my neck feel better! I appreciate you!

I knew this PT facility had to be good because they came highly recommended from a cardiology nurse with HFHS. I had been going to HFHS' PT, but they pale in comparison to OMPT. I was assigned Jill as my therapist and she did a very good job with my pectoral muscle/back issue. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I looked forward to the massage that never seemed to last long enough! I would highly recommend OMPT.

I really felt welcome here. The front desk staff were great. My therapist, Emma was so empathetic and kind. I look forward to my next visits, which is not something I say often about any kind of doctor’s office.

This is an amazing place. My second time. Went there to treat a shoulder injury. Walked out Pain free. Utmost care and empathy by all staff. I had Beth the first time and Jyl this time around. Both were phenomenal. The place is clean. Equipments are constantly cleaned. They check the temperature before entering and I felt very comfortable the whole time there. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

I am a Physical therapist and I also ran PT/OT/SLP clinics in the past. I went to this place after I got supraspinatus shoulder tendinitis. I had care in 2019.nI received only a evaluation and the quality was bad. Before going to this place, I had called and asked that my care should be done only by a ortho physical therapist and not by a assistant. Normally this clinic chain, provides care by PT assistants. I had called all of its branches and looked for a place where ortho specialty PT will care for me.nThe PT came towards the end and starting of the evaluation. Rest of my evaluation was by done by a PT student. I was very surprised to see the bill. They charged me for two units of therapeutic ex and one unit of therapeutic activity. I am a PT and know how these units work and how much you have to care(minutes) in order to charge for these units. I was amazed to see the FRAUD. Do not go to this place. I am also reporting this company to insurance to complain about the fraud.
