The BEST. I have been with Troy 2 since they opened in March, 2020. The therapists are amazing. They work with you, listen, and do everything to make your therapy work for you. The front desk staff is amazing at making anything work when it comes to appointments. They know the insurance side inside and out. The techs are also great and fun to work with.nIn this time of Covid I have always felt safe. They are always sanitizing, hand washing, and social distancing.nI highly recommend Team Rehab Troy 2. You won't be disappointeded.

My dr sent me to physical therapy, I thought this one would be great since it’s close to my work and the hours seem flexible since it shows they are opened until 7pm. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady was catching an attitude with me. I ignored and went on to continue scheduling. After telling her my insurance multiple times she said they accepted it. I asked her if I could come anywhere from 5- 7 didn’t matter which time and she said they closed at 3?? I told her the hours online show 5 and 7 most dates. She went on to say COVID-19 impacted hours and they close early now. I asked if I could come morning possibly and she said they were all booked.. so when are you available I asked? She said actually we don’t accept your insurance. I don’t get why she couldn’t have told me that from the start and allowed me to proceed giving out my information. It seemed very weird that this happened. I asked for her name and she ended the call. I called once again and she answered the phone and I heard her put it back down. Really unacceptable behaviour from a office. Y’all really need to teach your workers how to speak if they want customers. Do not recommend!

Clinic Director, Clare Clor, and her team offer highly skilled treatment in a professional yet warm and welcoming way. They are responsive to a patient’s unique needs. They have a genuine concern about each and every patient. Since each of the great staff members provide some level of equally great service, attendance feels like being surrounded by a caring family. My own recovery progressed so quickly and was so successful that my surgeon was able to discharge me from his care 6 weeks earlier than expected. Thank you, Clare, Tianna, Megan, Tommy, Kate, Cooper, and Mario. You are awesome!

While I know ppl may have a lower than normal expectation & experience during Covid19, for workers who are deemed essential - but Kate and all the staff here at TeamRehab are a true and accurate representation of what going above and beyond truly means.nMy daughter has been a patient here for a little over 2 months(over a year at a different location) She is meet with the upmost respect upon arrival. The staff is consistent with the cleanliness of the facility and ensuring that ALL her patients needs are followed. I could Not entrust her safety, health and well-being to a better group of People. I am sincerely grateful for all that they do!! We intend to remain here during her post surgery recovery

I started at Team Rehabilitation about a month ago for scatia. Kate and her team are fabulous they listen and genuinely care about their patients, and we always have a good laugh about something.
