People who work the counter are super nice. The company is too aggressive, coming from company headquarters to fill refills when you do not need them yet. My doctor will not take calls from CVS because of the policy to push their sales out.nDon't waste your time if you have refills. They will fill it when they can, and if you don't pick it up, you just lost a refill.

Every single time I come to this pharmacy I end up waiting for over an hour to get a prescription filled. It doesn’t matter that my prescription was called in two hours prior or if I’m just dropping it off. Don’t tell me it’ll be ready in fifteen minutes. Also, don’t tell me you’re going to page me when it’s ready and then let me sit at your pharmacy window for who knows how long to wait for a prescription that’s ready.

Credit is due when needed. I was discharged from Beaumont and med was not covered. The gal behind the counter called the hospital and had my med changed.
