One of the pharmacists, Scott, was super helpful today. Scott went out of his way to assist me in getting a refill (the docs office is miserable to get ahold of, and I explained this). It was refreshing to have a pharmacist that advocated for me and utilizes the full scope of his practice. I can’t explain the relief Scott & meijer pharmacy provided me today. The pharmacy techs are always kind and happy to help. I’ll be back again & again!

I would have given this even a lower rating, but since 1 star is the only option, here it is. The pharmacist behaves as if filling a prescription is outside the scope of her profession. Apparently, customers are there only for her convenience.

This isn’t the Meijer Pharmacy I normally use but it is closer to me so I decided to get my scripts transferred to royal oak from Livonia to save some gas during this scary time and they(Royal Oak Meijer Pharmacy) accepted the transfer without checking to see if they had the medication, which they didn’t. So I transferred my medication to a pharmacy that doesn’t have it and won’t until Tuesday of next week. That’s 5 days that I will be without it due to carelessness on the pharmacies part. Now that my script is there it can’t be transferred back and I’ve called both pharmacies and my doctor, but nothing can be done apparently. I just wish I didn’t have to go all the way to Livonia to get good pharmacy service.

They are great! These were the first scripts I have gotten here and they were for my daughters sinus infection. I have a high deductible and With the help of good rx and the pharmacists working with my pediatrician they were able to get my prescriptions down from $400 + to $44. I am so thankful! The pharmacists went the extra mile to help me. This will be our main pharmacy from now on they won me over!
